You can call me any day except Sunday frome 9a.m. to 7p.m., or via e-mail.

 

We'll see together what service would be the best for your pet and how long the grooming session would be. Please be aware that with a first-time client, it can be hard to accuratly estimate this grooming time.

A bit of an introduction...

You will received a confirmation text after our conversation. A reminder text will also be send the day prior to the appointment.

 

For first-time clients, a deposit within the 24h after making the appointment will be necessary to fully book the time slot.

This deposit will be of 40€ for a dog, and 20€ for cats and puppies (under 4 months old) that only do a introduction to grooming.

Equiments

You will need...your pet ! With a leash for dogs, and a transport cage/bag for cats. No other equiment is necessary, but you can bring personnal items if you want to (treats, special vet shampoos, specific muzzles...)

A bit of an introduction...

Please comme as early as 10 minutes prior to the appointment so you don't disturb the previous pet.

For dogs, please be mindful that your pet went to the potty before the appointment, so that they are not stressed or hinder by a urgent need !

General rules

Female in heat are accepted, but be carefull that the groom can be more difficult and painfull in this situation.

 

Sick pets that are not contagious are accepted, but the groom can be difficult as well if they are not feeling well enough.

 

Senior pets are accepted, and the grooming session is adapted to their needs and possible problems (pain, balance, joints...). However please be mindful that to not take a toll on a senior pet, the results are often not that perfect. 

Fleas

leas infested pets are strictly forbidden, by law and common sense. It's a metter of public health and hygiene. If your pet has fleas, please treat them at home as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that a flea infested pet will infect the other pets present, the equipment, and clothes. A full deep cleaning and a 90°C laundry of every piece of fabric is mandatory.

 

The grooming salon is not equip with anti-fleas shampoos, and no treatment will be apply if the pet is found with fleas.

 

For all this reasons, a flea charge will be apply if the pet is found with fleas : 50% of the next appointments estimated value (have to be cancelled), for a minimum of 40€ (at least one hour of cleaning), will be apply.

A bit of an introduction...

Without updates from you, the appointment will be considered cancelled after a 15 minutes delay. Feel free to call me to let me know you're on your way !

 

After more than 15minutes, if you let me know you're coming, the appointment will be done but the completition of it will not be garantied, depending on the next appointments.

 

Please keep in mind that a relaxed groom is not a rushed one !

Cancellation

Clients that are a no-show and don't warn me beforehands are invited to look for another grooming salon.

 

For first-timers : If you cancel more than 4 days before the appointment, the deposit can be used for making another appointment as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 4 days in advance, the deposit will be kept and you are welcome to take another appointment.

 

For other clients : If you cancel more than 4 days before the appointment, you can make another appointment as soon as you want. If you cancel less than 4 days in advance, a deposit will be asked to make another appointment.
